Looking out over the waters of the Atlantic Ocean, I realize that I never really sat down to write about myself and my achievements that I have done up until now.

I fear that my time left here on Earth is dwindling down to nothing, my health hasn't been the same since I was forced into this horrible house .

I can barely seem to eat anything anymore, and I complain to Lowe about it.

I feel like I'm getting ahead of myself here by starting to explain things that you, my readers, wouldn't understand.

This defeat wouldn't have been so bad, but the eighty's music video written about it just rubs it in.

I can't believe that I was defeated. I thought God wanted me to rule Europe.

It would have been my victory had I started the battle eariler, but hindsight is 20/20.

Soldats! Je suis content de vous!

For on the one year anniversary of my crowing as Emperor of the French, I have crushed the Third Coalition.

I have provided around 2 million francs to each of my higher officers, and 20 francs to each solider as well as compensation for widows of my fallen soldiers. I've even gone around and personally adopted orphan children and allowed them to carry my name on their baptismal and family names.

I will not, however give noble titles to my commanding officers as is normally customary.

Why, you ask me?

Because this battle is my own personally victory, and shall be known as my greatest victory in history.

No, not as my greatest victory because I understand now.

God is on my side.

He wants me to control Europe and make it all part of a great, vast and glorious empire. I just don't know why he waited so long to give me a sign about these plans.

So I will go all out now, knowing that this rule is protected by God himself.

The trip was kind of a bust though.
I didn't get to do what I wanted which was conquer Russia, so that was depressing.

I mean the burning cities helped us keep warm and let us not use so much kindling for fire's, but I would have liked to have the cities in tact so we could have used them for supplies.

I'm glad to be out of the cold though.

Today is a good day.

I sold that piece of land that I had bought from Spain to United States today. It was good chuck of land and the last holding of My Empire in the New World, but it needed to be done.

This revolution in Haiti was draining a lot of resources I need to fund my empire and by selling this land I hope to have enough should another Coalition attempt to rise against me. The Treaty of Amiens should hopefully keep the peace with Britain for a little bit.

The American President, Jefferson seemed very conflicted about buying the land at first but once I told him this offer wouldn't last, he took it.

It was a deal really we got 60 million francs along with our debt of 18 million cleared.

Really I just to see those faces on those English dogs when they realize what has happened.

This accession of territory affirms forever the power of the United States, and I have given England a maritime rival who sooner or later will humble her pride.
